Smoke `em if you got `em

The U.S Congress is one of the few indoor workplaces in the U.S where it is still legal to smoke. Congrss is exempted from workplace laws that govern the rest of the country.

I read an article where an employer tested his employees to see if they were somkers and then gave them 30 days to quit or they were fired. He also gave them cholesteral and blood pressure tests and if they came up high 3 times you were let go. He said that this was because medical coverage was outrageous and this gave him better rates for healthy employees. This is totally legal. As an employee you have zero rights and are employed at an at will contract. Meaning either of you end the employment for almost any reason. Just not age race etc. I think its a load of crap. What about you
